Hey, people, my name is Eli and welcome the hell back to my blog. Today I'll be reviewing Snowed In, written by USA Today bestselling author Kelly Anne Blount.
Snowed In is part of the Snow anthology written by Wattpad superstars. I'll be focusing on Snowed In and I'll be touching the other stories in general.
The plot of the story is fairly simple yet it does have some subplots. The story focuses on a young female named Claudia. She's a writer and decides to go to her family's cabin in an effort to stop her writer's block.

REVIEW
I've always loved Kelly Anne Blount's books. When I got the chance to get an early ARC copy I almost screamed (Okay, I did. Don't judge me!!!).
The plot of the story is fairly simple yet it does have some subplots. The story focuses on a young female named Claudia. She's a writer and decides to go to her family's cabin in an effort to stop her writer's block.
There we come to meet Colton. If I could describe Colton it'd be hot, good looking and I'd say mysterious. Of course, every couple has that friendship status but they then lead themselves to have a romantic journey.
Okay first of all, when I was getting myself into this anthology I wasn't expecting sex. There, however, is sex in some stories but not here. I loved reading the story and was glad that there wasn't sex. Blount's writing style makes us forgive her. Written from First Person Perspective. It's intense, trust me.
“Hey," he said softly. "What are you doing?"
"Sorry, I was trying not to wake you. The fire went out."
Colton sat up and stretched his arms above his head, showing off his perfectly toned abs. "Here, let me help you."
He got up and helped me stack the wood in the fireplace. "Let's get a little of this bark and paper bag in there," he said, shoving the kindling between the logs. Colton held a larger piece of paper bag against the glowing embers. It quickly caught fire, and Colton placed it up against several pieces of kindling, lighting the fire from various points. "There we go."
"Much better," I said, holding my hands out toward the growing flames.
Colton rubbed the sides of his arms with his hands. "Sorry, I meant to wake up early and add logs before it went out."
I shivered, wincing from the pain emanating from my ribs.
"How are you feeling?" he asked, concern in his voice.
I pulled the blanket tighter around my body. "My ribs hurt," I admitted. "But my face and head feel a little bit better."
Colton frowned. "It's too cold in here for you."
Oh to make things even better for you, Colton has a terrible past. It soon catches up with him causing you to become addicted to this story.
NOT JOKING!
All stories in this anthology I generally enjoyed. One or two weren't made for me. But the one name which I won't say is almost in every single story! And also don't go into this anthology for 'sex'. Go into this anthology for the tasteful writing styles!
